1. How can I track my order? You will receive an email with the tracking link once your package has been shipped. You will be able to follow every step of the delivery.

2. What are the shipping times? Orders are shipped within 24 working hours and delivered in 1-2 working days depending on the selected courier.

3. What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery? The courier will make a second delivery or leave the package at a nearby collection point.

4. Can I change the shipping address after placing my order? If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at customer service and we will make the change.

5. Do you also ship abroad? Yes.

6. How can I get free shipping? When you place an order over €149, shipping will automatically be free.

7. What should I do if my package arrives damaged? Contact our Customer Service immediately by sending photos of the damaged package and we will handle the replacement or refund.
