Shipping Type

  • Express Delivery : All orders are handled with Express delivery to guarantee you receive them as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Delivery : All orders are handled with Standard delivery method to guarantee you receive them in a short time.

Delivery Times

  • Preparation time: 24 working hours.

  • Shipping times:

    • Bartolini : 1-2 working days.

    • Poste Italiane : 1-3 working days (except for remote locations or smaller islands).

Note : Times may vary during peak seasons or special promotions.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and instructions for tracking your shipment in real time.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €149.

  • Fixed cost of €4.99 or €6.50 for orders under €149.

Additional Information

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

  • If you are absent at the time of delivery, a second automatic delivery will be arranged or the package will be collected from the nearest service point.
